CSC understands that sometimes in the recovery process, there is a need for legal action. Our first choice is always a voluntary resolution, however if legal action becomes necessary, we remain cognizant of our clients’ needs and concerns and proceed appropriately.
The legal process only begins if the client has given the approval to do so. The public face and goodwill of our client continue to be of utmost concern, and we maintain that awareness during this critical stage of the collection process.
