Credit Service Company, Inc is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The CEO has instilled drive, collaboration, and accountability in all of the our Team.  We know our employees are our most important resource.

Each member of our team is highly trained and experienced. Each employee understands the client’s requirements for recovering dollars. We balance those requirements with the sensitive nature that is necessary in the collection industry.

Our staff is trained to communicate clearly, professionally and effectively with our consumers. Regular monthly training sessions which focus on improving communication and performance, and maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations are attended by each team member.

We provide regular internal training on industry laws and regulations.  We also take advantage of specific training provide by ACA International – the collection industry’s largest trade association.

We believe that each individual on our team is a unique and important piece to everything we do.  Providing them with education and training, support and resources, and celebrating with them along the way is a large part of our success as a company.
